Biography

Associate Professor Ngui is an Associate Director in Swinburne Innovation Malaysia Sdn Bhd (SWIM). He is also an Executive Committee Member of the Sarawak Chamber of Commerce & Industry. His expertise resides in economic feasibility and social impact assessments, SME development and social entrepreneurship. He has attracted funding from government and industry for projects including value chain analysis of the forestry sector, feasibility assessment of large-scale infrastructural development, as well as the development of concession management model for Totally Protected Areas (TPA) in Sarawak.
