Cancellation

 

1.      Any cancellation must be made in writing to SDI:

·         There will be no charge if cancellation is done at least 2 weeks BEFORE commencement of the conference.

·         Fees will be charged 50% if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the conference.

·         Fees will be charged 100% if no written notice of cancellation is received or the participant fails to attend.

2.      An organization may replace the registered participant(s) with substitute delegate(s) at no additional charges.
