Persons having difficulty in submitting proposals and papers in English should contact the above persons who reside in their country.  Some assistance may be available, for example, from the Indonesian Chapter of SEAAIR in making translations into English.  It will hence be advisable if Indonesian paper proposers submit their proposals through Prof. Dr. Nirwan Idrus at the above address.

Refereed abstracts of accepted papers will be included in conference proceedings.  Authors are required to bring approximately fifty copies of their papers for distribution during the conference session.  It is the SEAAIR Interim Management Committee’s intention to electronically publish papers that have been successfully subject to double blind refereeing, following the conference.  Interested authors should submit three hard copies and an electronic copy of the paper to Dr. Raj Sharma in accordance with the attached guidelines, preferably by early October 2001.  For further information, please email rsharma@swin.edu.au
