Professor George Gordon |
|
Professor George Gordon is the Director of the Centre for Academic Practice at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. He is Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts; Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society; member of the Consortium of Higher Education Researchers; member of the Society for Research into Higher Education, the American Association for Higher Education, the Professional and Organisational Development Network, the Staff and Educational Development Association, the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia and the European Association for Institutional Research (EAIR). Professor Gordon has undertaken a number of national and international consultancies. Last year, he was responsible for the training of the subject reviewers for the new Quality Assurance Agency in Higher Education procedures in the United Kingdom. He is widely published having edited 8 books, written chapters in 34 books and 82 papers. |

Dr Muffo is a well-known and highly experienced institutional researcher. He has undertaken numerous consultancies around the world on institutional effectiveness. |

Professor Muhammad Kamil Tadjudin |

Professor Muhammad Kamil Tadjudin is Professor of Biology, Genetics, and Research Methodology at the University of Indonesia. He was Rector of this University from 1994 until1998 and member of several national and international scientific institutions, including the South East Asian Ministers of Education Organization Center for Tropical Medicine and Public Health (SEAMEO-TROPMED). Since January 1999, he has been appointed as Chairman of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education of Indonesia. He is founding member of the Indonesian Societies for Andrology, the Study of Fertility, and Human Genetics. He is also at present a member of the International Bioethics Committee of UNESCO. |

David Woodhouse |
|
David Woodhouse is Executive Director of the Australian Universities Quality Agency (AUQA), which is responsible for auditing the academic quality assurance procedures of Australia's universities and state accreditation agencies. He is an evaluator for the National Quality Awards, and a reviewer for the Internationalisation Quality Review programme of the OECD and European University Association. He has served two terms as President of the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education, and edited the Network newsletter for almost 10 years. He is an Executive Editor of the international journal 'Quality in Higher Education'. Before working in Australia, David Woodhouse was founding Director of the New Zealand Universities Academic Audit Unit (1994-2001), and Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation (1990-1994). |

Puan Zita Mohd Fahmi

Puan Zita Mohd Fahmi, is an Associate
Professor in the Faculty of Law and Administration, University Technology
MARA and a former Dean of that Faculty. She has been seconded to the Lembaga
Akreditasi Negara (LAN) since August 1997 and is currently a Senior
Accreditation Manager. Besides looking into corporate affairs and conducting
workshops, she sits as a representative of LAN at the Technical Accreditation
Committees of several professional bodies in developing standards and procedures
and also is involved in conducting evaluation exercises of courses of study
conducted by the Private Higher Educational Institutions in Malaysia. |
