Allocate+ Attendance Explained

Students will see a variety of activities which they must attend. The following are explanations of what students will come across in their timetable in Allocate+.

LE - Lecture
LA - Lab
TU - Tutorial
ST - Studio
FW - Fieldwork
CL - Class

You might see for your enrolment activities that look like this:

LE1 LE2

- More than one class activity that must be attended for that unit

You will also find activities that look like the ones mentioned above such as LA1, LA2, TU1, TU2, CL1, CL2 etc. are mandatory classes that you must attend.

Multi Part Activities - Here are some examples of activity group names that you will also come across in your enrolment that look like these:

Tutorial
Class
Lecture
Lab

Any Activity Groups that display - 01-P1, 01-P2, 01-P3 etc. means that these are Multi-part activities where each activity has several parts to it that you need to attend. Please look at the example below. In each option, there are two classes that must be attended i.e. P1 (Lab) and P2 (Tutorial) for each activity group.
