Selina Sui joined the School of Business and Design, Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak campus in 2012. At Swinburne Sarawak, she teaches Company Law, Financial Law, and International Governance, Ethics and Legal requirements at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Selina is an Advocate of the Bar of Sabah and Sarawak and has practiced extensively in the areas of commercial litigation, family litigation and conveyancing.  In addition, she is a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Victoria after her formal admission to the Victorian Bar in 2006. Selina has worked in Singapore for a boutique corporate law firm where she deals in corporate and commercial cases including mergers and acquisitions.

Selina holds a LL.M with Distinction in International Commercial Law from Newcastle University Law School in the United Kingdom. Her dissertation titled “An Analysis into the Role of the Special and Differential Treatment in Protecting the Rights of Developing Countries under the WTO’s Dispute Settlement System and the Proposed Reforms to enhance this Protection” was awarded Distinction by the Board of Examiners, Newcastle Law School. Prior to this, she read Law at Monash University in Melbourne Australia and was awarded a LL.B degree. She obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice where she was awarded a Certificate of Commendation in Legal Research by Leo Cussen Institute of Australia.
