Step 1 - Choose your program

Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak offers Foundation Studies from the following disciplines:

Step 2 - Download and complete the Application Form

Complete this form.

Step 3 - Attach the required documentation

Attach the following documents:

Certified copies of the secondary and/or tertiary academic results, i.e. certificates, academic transcripts, etc. If your copies are not in English, please include an English translation
Syllabus of previous studies if seeking for exemptions/advance standing
Certified copy of birth certificate
Certified copy of identity card
RM100 application fee in personal cheque / bank draft or direct bank-in payable to:
- Swinburne Sarawak Sdn. Bhd
- RHB Bank Berhad: 2-11016-00065829
- Note: This is the only payment needed at this stage. All other fees to be paid will be notified later by Swinburne Sarawak to the applicant.

Courier all the above documents to the Business Development & Communications Department. Please make sure to send these documents to Swinburne Sarawak at least 3 weeks before the commencement of the program (Note: different programs have different commencement dates).

Step 4 - Submit your application

Secure Your Place
Although there is no official application deadline, it is strongly advisable to apply as soon as possible. Applications submitted after classes have commenced will be treated as late applications and will not be considered for entry until the next semester.

You can apply if your current program is not yet complete. (Swinburne will issue a conditional offer and you submit your final results before or during enrolment.)

Step 5 - Accept your offer

If your application is successful, Swinburne will send you an offer package - then you can follow the steps to accept your offer.

This package includes:

Offer letter
Offer Acceptance and Refund Policy Form
Accommodation booking form (on-campus or off-campus)
Arrival services form
