If you have STPM, A Level or an equivalent qualification, you may apply for direct entry into a degree program as long as you meet the criteria.

Swinburne Sarawak holds three Open Days a year normally in March (Pre-U Open Day), June (Info Day) and December (Open Day).
These events are a great opportunity for you to speak directly with lecturers and current students and ask plenty of questions.
You will be able to collect lots of specific course information and get a feel of what the campus is like.
Swinburne Sarawak produces a range of brochures, from specific programs brochures to the Course Guide which contains a snapshot of all programs.

Speaking to as many people as you can about your future is a great way to get a different understanding about further study options. Your school counselor or career adviser works closely with tertiary providers and has a wealth of information on what is available to you.

We would recommend that you consult with a staff of the department to obtain sufficient information to ensure you meet the criteria for entry into a program.
You have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship as long as you meet the criteria.
The scholarships are awarded to both pre-university and degree students. Scholarships are also awarded to new students who have done well while in secondary school (please note that not all secondary school qualifications can be assessed at this point). Please make sure you check the application closing dates so you don't miss out on them.
Payment of term fees is made before the commencement of the term. This can be made by cash, cheque, credit card (service charge applies) or bank card.
You may also apply to pay your tuition fees by instalment (Malaysian students only). Also available are loans (available to Malaysian students only) and scholarships from a number of institutions.
As a Form 6 / A Level school leaver, you are eligible for direct entry into an undergraduate program if you meet the required criteria.
If you do not meet the requirement for entry into an undergraduate program, you will need to take a one-year pre-university program (i.e. foundation) at Swinburne Sarawak based on your Form 5 / O Level results.
The pre-university programs are designed to be pathways for students who have not yet achieved the requirements for direct entry into degree programs. These preparatory programs give you the grounding you will need for your degree studies.

Students have the option to put their academic knowledge into action through relevant work experience with real-world employers. For engineering students, they have an option to undergo the Swinburne Sarawak's Industry-Based Learning (IBL) program, which places students within the industry for training.
