The student recruitment team at Swinburne Sarawakâs Business Development and Communications Unit provides a number of services for prospective students, secondary schools, community groups, businesses and organisations.
We assist students with their choices for tertiary study and help facilitate contact with the university by arranging:
The student recruitment team offers counseling on programs that are on offer at Swinburne Sarawak. The team provides information on program options, pathways, eligibility, application and the like.
To make a booking for a campus tour or to request a Swinburne Sarawak representative to attend your school or careers expo, please email study@swinburne.edu.my.
Swinburne Sarawak produces a range of brochures on the programs it offers as well as guides which provide information on the programs, an overview of the university and much more. These are available from the office of the Business Development and Communications Unit of the university.
Student recruitment staff also participates in school fairs throughout the year. You may consult with the team present at these fairs on the programs you are interested in at these events.
Student recruitment staff works closely with school principals and student counselors, and makes regular visits to provide the latest information on programs and developments at the university.
The Business Development and Communications team also organises workshops in various fields for secondary school students. This may take place at schools or at Swinburne Sarawak.
These are conducted by academics of the university in collaboration with the student recruitment team. These events are held to provide advice and motivate students in preparation for final exams. The venue for the talks may take place at secondary schools.
