Had more than two years of research experience and worked as a research officer in Multimedia Research Group, University Sains Malaysia, Penang. The major projects involved in past two years are: Wavelet Based Watermarking for Digital Images, Mammography based Breast Cancer Recognition and Detection, Automatic Vehicle Plate Recognition System; Content based Image Retrieval System for Color Shape and Texture, Automated Larvae Inspector System.

Currently started PhD on Medical Imaging in USM, Penang.
