Faster printing computer as it tends to hang a lot.

Replies:
This is actually due to print jobs that were not released by other printing services users in the print queue. This creates the impression that the print server PC hangs a lot.
To reduce the performance issues of the print server PC, we have replaced the old print server PC to a better model to better support the students for their printing needs.
As to adding more PC for printing, we will try to bring it forward for consideration.

Photocopy for 7th floor library.
Replies:
The photocopy issue should be resolved in the next few months as the information resource will be moved to the new IT and Engineering building where the 1st and 7th floor information resource will be combined together.
