1 PC Imaging 2 days
  • Availability of confirmed and tested SOE
  • Availability of lab
  • PC imaging service for each Open Lab
  • To be performed twice a year (before start of new semester)
2 Replacement of faulty PC 4 hours
  • Availability of hot swap PC
  
3 Compiling & building SOE 2 weeks
  • Schools must return T3S Form before deadline set by ITS
  • Availability of software and software license
  • ITS will send an e-mail attach with T3S - SOE Application Request Form to all schools
  • Software request after the deadline will be based on best effort basis
