Library Survey
Swinburne Library Survey Report on Blackboard Poll Survey 2010:
The aim of the survey is to find out in general of user satisfaction using library services and facilities:
- Library users were given the opportunity to participate in the survey in September - October 2010 by completing five questions for each week that provided in survey. The method of survey is using the Blackboard Poll Survey.
Survey Finding:
- Below are the details of the usable Blackboard Poll Survey received from users of the Library:-
- 1. Do you use e-book as a reference book? (20-25 September 2010)
- 2. I can find a quiet place to study in library? (27 September - 02 October 2010)
- 3. Do you make use of our OPAC Terminal Services to find library material? (04-09 October 2010)
- 4. In general, I find library's staff pleasant and helpful. (11-16 October 2010)
- 5. Do you ever use the computer available at the Library? (18-23 october 2010)
Survey Conclusion:
- In response to our users' feedback from the survey, library will make an effort to promote the new services and facilities that we offer to our users. We do have "The Quiet Library Campaign" to make sure that our users can find a quiet place to study.
- With new system that has been implemented (Pharos Sign Up Systems - Reservation System), Library users will have the fair opportunities to use the computers in IT Section. Library staff will try to do very best to help our users.
