Library Client Survey 2011

Thank you to everyone who responded to the Library Client Survey 2011 inMay. We received a fantastic 1,075 responses! (2009: 420 responses). The survey is something we do every two years to help us identify where we can improve our services and facilities.
On the whole, you responded very encouragingly indicating an overall performance score of 75 %.  There is slight declined in performance in comparison to the 2009(76.3%). However the high response rate helps to ensure the survey results which represent the survey population. We really appreciate all of your comments and we’re working hard to improve our services based on your responses.
