Renewing Items
Users can renew their loan once. However, it can only be renewed provided that the specific item has not been requested or reserved by another users and the return date has not expired. You may renew the item online, by emailing to the library staff or by telephone.
To renew online, do login to your library account at www.librarynet.com.my
Why can't I renew a certain item?
Items cannot be renewed online under certain conditions, for example, if they have been recalled.
Also, in the following cases your file will be blocked and you will not see the"Renew" button or the "Renew?" column:
- you have fines totaling more than RM30.00
- you have an overdue, recalled book
In these cases please contact the Lending Desk Staff for more information and to resolve the block.
Telephone renewals may be made by calling 082-260741 or 082-260845 during the opening hours of the library.
Email renewals may be made by emailing iresource@swinburne.edu.my
