Loan Conditions of Swinburne Library

The University Library supports the Swinburne University community by providing services, collections and pleasant environment that is conducive to study and research. The library loan conditions have been created in accordance with the Library Use Policy to ensure that all borrowers have equitable access to the library’s collection.


Who can borrow from the Library?


Current categories of borrowers include:

  • Currently enrolled full-time and part-time students of Swinburne University of Technology.
  • Full-time and part-time staff of Swinburne University of Technology


Checking your library account

To access a list of items that you have currently checked out, go to www.librarynet.com.my. You can review your library account at any time from selecting My Circulation Transaction button. To access this information, you will need to login your user ID and password. 


Reserving items

You can use the library OPAC to reserve an item that is out of loan.


Other information

It is Swinburne policy that exam results are withheld and students are ineligible to apply for any award from the University while any library item is overdue or fines and charges are outstanding.
