An Exploratory Study on the Perceptions of Staff on Training in the Department of Veterinary Services Sarawak
This thesis was written in five chapters. Firstly, Chapter One includes the background of the study, a brief insight on the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) Sarawak, the problem statement, research questions and objectives. Secondly, Chapter Two utters the literature review which covers introduction on onboarding programmes, explains what is an onboarding programmes, why the programme is important and the concept of the Onboarding Programme. Thirdly, Chapter Three justifies on the research methodology which includes research paradigm, research context, participants of the study, methods of data collection and data analysis, research conceptual framework, reflexivity of the research, quality of the data and limitations of this study. Fourthly, Chapter Four tables the results at the same time as with a discussion after each discovery based appropriate theory and previous research findings. Last but not least, Chapter Five recaps the findings and discussion, moreover, provides the implications of the study along with recommendations.
