Employees’ Perceptions Towards Organisational Transformation in Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC)”
This study examined the employees’ perceptions towards organisational transformation in Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC).  The three (3) perceptions that will be discussed in this research is job security, job satisfaction and change in power.  As a basis for the hypothesis development, the researcher is focusing on the previous studies and literature that are related to the research field.  This study involved 128 respondents that works in SEDC’s Headquarters, Regional Offices and Pusat Inkubator dan Bimbingan Usahawan (PIBU) in various regions in Sarawak.  Meanwhile for the respondents, they are among the SEDC’s Top Management, Management and Professional and Support Group.  The data that has been collected from the questionnaire survey were analysed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. Reliability analysis, Pearson Correlation Coefficient analysis and Multiple Regression analysis has been performed in order to test the hypothesis.  Findings of the research shows that there is a significant positive relationship between job security and organisational transformation, job satisfaction and organisational transformation and change in power and organisational transformation.  All the three (3) perceptions have the most influence towards the organisational transformation.  The findings from this research have been discussed thoroughly, recommendations for future research have been made for the future researchers to improve the study on the employees’ perception towards organisational transformation and lastly, the conclusion for the research are also highlighted.
