Factors Contribute Working Pressure in Sibu Resident Office (RANDO)
Work pressure is the main key that can give negative impact in the organization. In order to ensure work pressure can be handled professionally, the factor of stress need to be studied. Thus, this study is focus on the factor of pressure among the government servant in RANDO Office Sibu. The objective of the studies is to determine the relation between demographic profile (gender and age) of the RANDO staff and work pressure in RANDO office. Besides, the main objective of the study is to investigate the relationship between factor of pressure (workplace environment, organization management, and work-life balance) and work stress. The test carried out in this research was t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation. The expected result in this study is the significant positive correlation between the factor of pressure and work stress in RANDO office.
