Organisational Culture and its relationship with Job Satisfaction Among Employees in Ministry of Welfare, Community Well-being, Women, Family and Childhood Development in Sarawak
This research is focused on employees of the Ministry of Welfare, Community Well-being, Women, Family, and Childhood Development of Sarawak Malaysia. The main objective of this research is to examine the relationship between the organisational culture dimensions and job satisfaction in the Ministry of Welfare, Community Well-being and Women, Family and Childhood Development and to determine whether the organisational culture has an influence to job satisfaction in the ministry. The four dimensions of organisational culture used in Denison Organisational Culture are be made part of this study. Denison Organisational Culture Survey and Job Satisfaction are used as instruments.

The Cronbach alpha values indicated by both instruments used for organisational culture and job satisfaction are highly reliable. Both dimensions of Involvement and Adaptability have appeared to be significant with job satisfaction with the presence of strong values in beta.
