Choose your program and program level before you start your application process. Click here for a list of programs offered.

STEP 2


Prepare your supporting documents as PDF or JPEG files.

Malaysian Students:

  • Academic Results and Certificate (SPM/STPM/UEC/O-Level/A-Level/Foundation/Diploma/etc.)
  • Photocopy of both sides of your Identity Card

International Students:

  • Academic Results and Certificate
  • Photocopy of your Passport

You can combine your files into a single PDF file of NOT MORE THAN 15MB.

STEP 3


Register for a login account with Swinburne Sarawak.

If you are a first time user of our online portal, you will need to create your account as a new student (click here).

If you are prompted with a “User Already Exist” message, you might have contacted us in the past and an account with your registered email have been created under your name. Please proceed to login as a returning user (click here).

Fill in your email address as your username and choose “forgot password” option to reset your password.

* Most communication will be sent via email. System-generated emails can sometimes be directed automatically to junk/spam folder. If you do not see the emails, please check the junk/spam folder.

STEP 4


Activate your account via email.

Check your email inbox for the Account Activation email.

Create your online application. If you face any issues while filling the online application form, please do contact us.

STEP 6


Upload your documents as per documents check list in STEP 2.
