Biography

Vong Wan Tze received her BSc in Biomedical Sciences from University of Northumbria, UK in 2006 and her MRes in Medical and Molecular Biosciences from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK in 2007. She received her Ph.D. in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak (SUTS) in 2016. Dr. Vong joined Swinburne Sarawak as a postdoctoral researcher from 2016 until 2018 and was appointed a lecturer in 2019. Her research interests include literature-based knowledge extraction and discovery, statistical modelling in clinical epidemiology, machine learning and visualisation of complex data.
