Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak is pleased to offer the 1/2 – Day MyCREST Awareness Course. This course will be held on 17 May 2019 and is now open for registration. Seats are limited.

What is MyCREST?

MyCREST stands for Malaysian Carbon Reduction and Environmental Sustainability Tool, a tool that guides every stakeholder involved in the design, construction, operation & maintenance of building by adopting sustainable development practices. It also aims to quantify the actual carbon emission at every stage of the building life cycle.

MyCREST aims to guide, assist, quantify and thereby reduce the built environment’s impact in terms of reduced carbon emissions and other environmental impact. It also aims to integrate socioeconomic considerations related to the built environment and urban development.

MyCrest is governed by:

  • CIDB Malaysia
  • Public Work Department
