Collaborating Through Microsoft Teams


Microsoft (MS) Teams is a powerful, full-featured digital collaboration tool. Though mainly used for its teleconferencing feature, MS Teams is also very capable as a co-working tool when coupled with other applications together with shared file storages and access systems.

This course trains participants in using key MS Teams features to conduct businesses, projects and classes online effectively. It demonstrates the MS Teams ecosystem, explains the limitations of different subscription packages and unravels the common misconception about the tool.

Upon satisfactory completion of this courses and selected courses, participants will be certified as a Digital Educator under the Digital Professional Suite.
