Description & Purpose

The purpose of a Status Letter is to verify a student’s current or past enrolment at Swinburne University of Technology.

It is used as a supporting document to apply for travelling visa, application to various professional organizations etc.

  • Semester enrolled
  • Title of course
  • Course duration
  • Study conducted in English

Employee Provident Fund (EPF) Education Withdrawal: (for Malaysian students only)

It is used as a supporting document to apply EPF Education Withdrawal for payment of tuition fee.

Fee Statement Letter

Confirmation of English language as medium of instruction

It is used as a supporting document to inform that the English language used as medium of instruction is equivalent to the approved standard.

There is no charge for a Status Letter


Processing Time

A status letter generally takes three (3) working days to process, however at peak times it may take up to four (4) working days.
