Biography

Dr Bibiana is the Head of Learning and Teaching Unit in Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Office and a Senior Lecturer in School of Business, Faculty of Business, Design and Arts, Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak Campus. She holds a PhD in Learning Sciences and Master of Science (Education Technology) from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Malaysia. In addition, she obtained Graduate Certificate of Tertiary Learning and Teaching (Higher Education) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, majoring in Information Systems, both from Swinburne University of Technology.

Research Interests

Dr Bibiana’s research interests are within behavioural studies, in the research of organisational behaviour, tourism, green technology, sustainability, leadership and the general domain of management and marketing. Besides, she is also interested in education technology, particularly in multimedia features in content delivery, the application of mobile technology in education, and social media use in education. As for research publications, she has published several internationally refereed journal articles and has presented at various national and international conferences. Regarding research publications, Dr Bibiana has published in leading academic indexed journals in SCOPUS, ABDC, ERA and MyCite, such as British Food Journal, Young Consumer, Asian Journal of University Education (AJUE), to name a few. She is familiar with quantitative, mix-methods research methodology and experimental research design. She is accredited to supervise Masters & Doctoral students as an Co Supervisor.
