Biography

Associate Professor Ngui is an Associate Director in Swinburne Innovation Malaysia Sdn Bhd (SWIM). His recent engagements include consultancies on economic and financial feasibility assessments of infrastructural development, evaluations of public social assistance programs, and value chain analyses of forestry-related sectors.
