Biography

Dr She Long (Adam) is current a lecturer at Faculty of Business, design & Arts. In addition to that, he also serves as an associate editor in Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration (Emerald; ABDC, ESCI, Scopus Q2). As a lecturer, he tries to interpret complex concepts and techniques in a straightforward way to help his students to learn. He emphasizes developing students’ problem-solving skills, and most importantly, he knows how to bring out the best in students. As a researcher, Dr Adam has published more than 20 international indexed research articles in various scholarly journals since 2021. He has also presented papers in various international conferences and won research awards. He has been a reviewer for several indexed journals, such as Young Consumers, International journal of Social Economics, and Frontiers in Psychology. Apart from all his achievements, Dr. Adam is passionate about conducting workshops, and he has so far initiated and conducted several face-to-face and online workshops on Structural Equational Modelling (Such as SEM-AMOS, and SmartPLS) to help other researchers to strengthen their research skills.
