Sr Farah Ain binti Zainudin obtained her Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Honours) in 2011 and Master of Science in Project Management with research emphasis on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Construction Industry in 2021. She started her career as a Quantity Surveyor (“QS”) with a QS Practising firm in Kuala Lumpur and was given a specific task as a Project QS for a project with Putrajaya Holdings. In 2014 she worked with PLUS Malaysia Berhad (“PMB”) and was given the responsible for all development and maintenance works at the Southern Region of the Highway i.e.: from Seremban, Negeri Sembilan to Bukit Kayu Hitam, Johor. PMB is an Expressway Concessionaire which has built and operate the longest stretch of Expressway from North to South of Peninsular Malaysia. She joined Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak as a Lecturer for Quantity Surveying Program under School of Built Environment, Faculty of Engineering, Computing, and Science in June 2022.

Her research interests include Contractual governance for Construction Project Management and Dispute Resolution.
