Foundation Studies to degree

Swinburne Foundation Studies is a pre-university program designed to help you meet the entry requirements for university and provide a direct pathway to a bachelor degree at Swinburne Sarawak.

Swinburne Sarawak offer Foundation Studies in business, design, information technology / multimedia and engineering / science.

Duration: 12-months. Intakes are normally in January, March, July and September.

Diploma to degree

If you have completed diploma studies at another institution, you may be eligible to receive credit towards a degree at Swinburne Sarawak. The amount of credit received is based on the course you have studied and the relevance to the degree you’re applying for at Swinburne Sarawak.

All applications for credit exemptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Switching to Swinburne Sarawak

If you switch to a Swinburne Sarawak course from another educational institution, you may be eligible for course credits.

The amount of credit you’ll receive is based on the type of study you have completed, how many credits you’ve completed and the relevance to the course at Swinburne Sarawak you are applying for.

You must provide a Letter of Release from your current education provider if you are yet to complete your first six months of study of your principal program.
