Biography

Ms Jacqueline has been involved in the higher education sector since 2007, contributing steadily over the years. She currently serves as an Academic Coordinator at the School of Foundation Studies and a Lecturer at the School of Business at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak. She is also actively pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration, further deepening her academic and professional expertise.

Ms Jacqueline began her academic journey with a strong interest in professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA and CIMA, teaching a wide range of subjects including Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Performance Management, Malaysian Taxation, Strategic Business Leadership, and Advanced Performance Management. Over the years, she has amassed extensive experience teaching both professional certification courses and undergraduate accounting programs.

Her dedication to teaching and student success is well recognised. She has mentored numerous students who have excelled in their studies and careers, with many achieving high pass rates in professional examinations. Some of her students have even earned accolades as Malaysian and international prize winners in external professional accountancy exams.

In her dual role as Academic Coordinator and Lecturer, Ms Jacqueline is responsible for both academic delivery and administrative oversight. Her core duties include delivering high-quality lectures, coordinating academic operations, reviewing and assessing course content for quality and relevance, and facilitating accreditation processes and external audits.

Driven by a deep passion for education, Ms Jacqueline continues to inspire and shape the next generation of accounting professionals through her commitment to excellence in teaching and academic leadership.
