Sr. Ts. Aliph Rodway Wg Toyad holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). After graduating in 2016, he has gained industrial experience in cost planning, contract administration, and project management within both public and private sectors. He is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor under the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), and a Professional Technologist with the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT).
He joined Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering, Computing, and Science in December 2025.
