The cybersecurity laboratory gives students the opportunity to learn the nature of security threats to IT systems.
Student also will be familiar with the tools used by hackers and be aware of ways of identifying and rectifying security breaches and vulnerability of computer systems.
Students majoring in IoT will have access to the IoT laboratory where they can design IoT-based solutions for domains such as Smart Homes, Smart Cities, etc. using IoT sensors and devices.

At the Cisco laboratory, student taking HET317 Nework Security and Resilience will learn to design and construct security policy and describe its implementation using a variety of security technologies, among others.
