Swinburne Sarawak, University of Manchester and  Universiti Putra Malaysia led a four-day workshop on smart future farming here in Kuching. It explored the potential of implementing sensor technology into the farming sector.

The workshop was attended by 40 participants involved in agriculture from universities to relevant agencies. It was supported by Newton Fund Researcher Links Workshop Grants under the British Council.
