Biography

Prior to joining School of Foundation Studies in April 2018, Aidwina has been an early childhood educator and library officer in The Grove Library, Western Australia. Upon returning to Sarawak, she has been actively involved in setting up a new church library as well as overseeing the setting up of a new kindergarten. She was also the Sarawak state rhythmic gymnastics coach for the state development team till 2017.

Since joining Swinburne Sarawak, Aidwina has been responsible for administrative duties for School of Foundation Studies as well as participating in and emceeing for various activities held in the university. She believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Aidwina is a certified Barre Clinic Australia instructor. The first to be certified internationally outside of Australia. She is teaching the program at both Swinburne Dance Club, Track & Dance as well as online. She is also teaching Classical Ballet for Absolute Beginners. Aidwina continues to advocate in both Early Childhood and the accessibility of ballet for all. In sports, she is a part of the pioneer team for setting up Sarawak Aesthetic Group Gymnastics.
