Biography

Dr Carolina Sandra Giang obtained her Doctoral of Business Administration (Marketing) from the Universiti Teknologi MARA.  Her thesis covers the area of women entrepreneurship and marketing.   Her Executive MBA and first degree in Business Management majoring in marketing, are both from UiTM. She has also acquired an Australian certificate in Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, as well as a certificate in “Train the Trainer” from Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN), Malaysia. She is a qualified trainer, facilitator and an accredited facilitator for Human Brain Dominance Instrument Accreditation and a member of the Hermann Brain Instrument International Network.   
 
 
Dr Carolina has extensive background working in the area of human resource development and organizational consultancy in business development, delivery and consultancy works. She has 15 years of experience as a trainer in the areas of leadership & management, self-management (motivational), communication, problem solving, teambuilding, presentation skills, women & NGOs related programs. 

She was a senior manager for a leading training company in Sarawak where she had gained a lot of exposure doing and was responsible for the overall activities in business development and consultancy, marketing & corporate communications, IT management as well as event management (conferences management and organization, product launching and official ceremonies) for the company for 10 years. She was one of the key persons who managed the corporate presentations for and to the Board of Directors, clients, and visitors of the company. 
 
Prior to this she works with Sarawak Education Department for 11 years. 

Based on Dr. Carolina’s previous training and facilitation works with her clients and participants she has been known to be an inspiration to others and model to follow – especially the women – who aspires to develop themselves through the sharing of her humble beginning as a working person and progressively paved her way up the corporate ladder gaining industrial experiences and eventually ventured into the academic field.
