Biography

Dr Kash is a lecturer at the School of Business, Faculty of Business, Design and Arts, Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak Campus, Malaysia. She holds her Doctorate specializing in Green Supply Chain Management from National University of Malaysia (UKM). Her research focused on the sustainability performance for Logistics Industry in Malaysia. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (Supply Chain Management) and Bachelor of Business Administration (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) (Hons) from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM).

Beyond academia, Dr Kash has demonstrated strong practical expertise through her involvement in numerous logistics projects and competitions, achieving outstanding performance and recognition. Her accomplishments were acknowledged by British Publishing House, which featured her biographical profile in the 4th Book Edition Successful People in Malaysia 2024. She is also a recipient of the Golden Key International Honour Society award for her academic excellence.

Dr Kash is an active Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Malaysia and holds the post-nominal title CMILT. She contributes actively to professional communities through her roles in Women in Logistics and Transport Malaysia, Young Professional (NexGen in Logistics). Dr Kash collaborates with the Department of Environment Malaysia as a researcher and consultant, particularly in promoting green environmental awareness. Dr Kash actively involved in green initiatives projects under Institute Alam Sekitar (EiMAS, UKM Bangi) and Malaysia Robotics, AI and Automation Association (MYRAS) contributing to green warehousing projects that integrate automation and robotics in logistics operations.
