Biography

Awarded a Master of Philosophy in Computing and Human Computer-Interaction by Sheffield Hallam University (U.K.) in year 2008 with the title “Support Web-based Travel and Tourism Decision Making”. She is interested in designing the decision support systems for web-consumer decision making.

Prior to her Master degree, she was a lecturer of Tunku Abdul Rahman College (KL). She also worked as a tutor in Sheffield College while pursuing her MPhil. After graduated from her MPhil, she joined a private college in Kuching as a Lecturer in Statistics, E-commerce and IT before she joined Swinburne.

  • Human-Computer Interaction;
  • E-commerce and travel and tourism websites decision making;
  • Design of decision support systems of consumer/users behaviors;
