Biography

Mujahid Tabassum is a Lecturer of Computer Networks at the Faculty of Engineering, Computing & Science, Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak. He received his Masters of Science in Computer Networks Engineering from Halmstad University, Sweden in 2009. He has more than 5 year teaching experience in Computer Science and Computer Networks fields. Currently he is pursuing PhD from Unimas.

His research interests include Computer Networks and Security, VoIP, Wireless Sensor Networks and Artificial Intelligence.

Supervised Projects

  • Networking Project: Invigilate and assessed the project that creates a simple network infrastructure for organization under specific guideline and implement appropriate VLSM to assign the IP addresses.
  • Web Server Engineering Projects: Invigilate and assessed the project related to the development of a complete Web base system using Linux, apache server and PHP platform which offers services like chatting, uploading and downloading files, sending emails, make blogs and etc.
  • Web Design Projects: Invigilate and assessed the web base projects related to developing a simple website using Dreamviewer platform.
