Customised Training – English Enhancement Program

For many legal and judicial professionals operating in bilingual environments, communicating confidently and precisely in English can be challenging, particularly when engaging with diverse stakeholders, preparing documentation, and navigating professional interactions where clarity and accuracy are essential.

To address this need, Swinburne Innovation Malaysia (SWIM) recently delivered an English Enhancement Programme (EEP) for the Sarawak Syariah Judiciary Department (JKSS). The programme was designed to strengthen English proficiency and legal communication capabilities among bilingual Syariah officers through practical, workplace-focused learning.

Facilitated by a professional leadership communication coach, participants were immersed in engaging activities and real-world communication scenarios that enhanced their confidence, fluency, and effectiveness in using English within legal and professional settings.
