- To maintain the scholarship, students must achieve a CGPA 3.85 per year.
- Students who are unable to maintain the CGPA 3.85 but achieve CGPA 3.75 per year will be eligible for 15% fee waiver in the following year.

General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are applicable across the range of awards and bursaries offered by Swinburne Sarawak only:
Eligibility
- The availability of award/bursary is subject to a pre-determined quota set by the university
- The award/bursary is only valid for studies at Swinburne Sarawak
- The awarding of the award/bursary is conditional upon payment of full term fee
- The offer of an award/bursary shall be based on the official academic results obtained in a single sitting
- All awards/bursaries are to be given as course tuition fee rebate only and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Award/bursary recipients must continue to study full-time throughout the award or bursary period
- Students enrolled into any of the University’s Master by Coursework programs and who are studying part-time is eligible to apply for the Master by Coursework Bursary and/or the Alumni Bursary.
- Part-time studies at the postgraduate level are for Malaysian students only.
- The award recipient shall maintain a full study load in each term.
- Award or bursary recipients shall contribute to Swinburne Sarawak’s activities including participation in promotional activities as and when required, during their period of study
- Successful applicants will be notified via an award/bursary offer letter
- The award or bursary is not-transferable
- The award or bursary shall be forfeited if the student withdraws from the course or transfers to Swinburne Australia
- Once the award/bursary is forfeited, it shall not be reinstated
- The award/bursary shall be forfeited if the student fails to abide by the rules and regulations of Swinburne Sarawak
- A student is entitled to only one award or bursary
- A student who has been awarded an award and/or bursary by Swinburne Sarawak or any other institution shall not be eligible for another award or bursary
- Unless otherwise approved, each student is only entitled to one award/bursary/financial assistance scheme/promotional benefits offered by Swinburne Sarawak and its group at any one time. In the event that the student qualifies for more than one award, he/she must choose which of these he/she wishes to apply and accept
- Approval must be obtained from the Registrar of Swinburne Sarawak for leave of absence. The award shall recommence once the recipient resumes his/her studies at Swinburne Sarawak. Failure to obtain approval for leave of absence shall result in the forfeiture of the award
- Only completed application forms received by the closing date will be entertained
- Swinburne Sarawak shall not be responsible for any application form that is misplaced, lost or failed to reach the designated department of Swinburne Sarawak
- Swinburne Sarawak reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the award/bursary as and when required without prior notice. All decisions of Swinburne Sarawak including those on matters not covered above are final and binding.
- All decisions made by the Swinburne Sarawak Award Committee are final. Appeals will not be entertained.

Eligibility
- Open to all students who have completed matriculation/Pre-U/ A Level/Diploma/STPM or equivalent qualifications.
- Must attained a CGPA of 3.00 and above or all Grade A in STPM.
Description
The Yayasan Sarawak Tun Taib Scholarship aims to recognize and reward academically gifted students who have also shown strong leadership skills and are active in community engagement.
Recipients of this scholarship will have the opportunity to serve in the public sector of the Sarawak State Government, as and when needed.

- Science & Technology
- Any other courses that are STEM related (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)

Yayasan KLK Scholarship
Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (“KLK”), a Malaysian company with diverse business portfolios including plantation, manufacturing and property development, offers scholarships through its foundation Yayasan KLK.
We invite scholarship applications from qualified and deserving individuals seeking financial assistance in pursuing their full-time undergraduate studies in Malaysian institutions of higher-learning.
Criteria/Eligibility
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Good academic results (STPM, A-Levels or equivalent – minimum 2As/Foundation – minimum CGPA of 3.5).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Active participation in extracurricular activities.
- Must have a confirmed placement from Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak.
- Not bonded, holding any other scholarships or receiving assistance from any organisation.
- Be prepared to serve a three (3) year bond with the Group at any location upon graduation.
Scholarship Value
Successful applicants are provided with an annual grant over the minimum duration of their course, as follows:

Step 2: Once done with the registration. Applicant can proceed to apply for Skim Biasiswa Pinjaman Pelajaran Dalam Negara — to upload all the supporting documents on Yayasan Sarawak website.

Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN)
Eligibility
- The loan is applicable for Malaysian Degree students only (except Double Degree programs)
- Must have sat for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysian (SPM) examination and obtain Credit for BM
- You must have at least 1 year (2 semesters) of study left upon application
Before applying, YOU MUST:
- Purchase PTPTN Pin Number – from the PTPTN website: https://www.ptptn.gov.my/elmas-pin-purchase-web/#/ or from Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN). The PTPTN No. is only valid within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Open a CIMB account – for loan disbursement by semester and must be under applicant name.
- Open an SSPN account at https://www.ptptn.gov.my/esmas-open-acc-web/#/– or at the PTPTN branch with minimum amount of RM 20.00.
Once you have done the above, you can apply for the PTPTN Study Loan online at https://www.ptptn.gov.my/gateway/.

Once your PTPTN Application is approved:
- Download and print 2 complete set of agreement forms (single sided printing).
- Attach a photocopy of your Degree offer letter or Articulation Letter (if articulated to Degree in Swinburne. You can apply for the articulation letter via student forms on Swinburne's website.
- Please bring the agreement forms to Financial Advisory and Insurance, StudentHQ for our Executive to sign and stamp as witness
- You will need to purchase two (2) 'setem hasil', for RM10.00 each, for your agreement forms. The link to purchase the LHDN e-stamping can be found here.
- Once you've done all of the above, you will need to submit the agreement to PTPTN within 14 days from the approval date.
Skim Pinjaman Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Sarawak (HIED)
Eligibility
- Must be a Sarawakian.
- Must have sat for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysian (SPM) examination and obtain Credit for BM.
- Applicable for Degree Courses in Engineering.
- Must have received a Letter of offer from Swinburne Sarawak.
- Have not been offered any other study loans.
- Subject to terms and conditions stipulated by Yayasan Sarawak.
