The Bachelor of Design is structured around clear career pathways, preparing you for roles in communication, branding, and experience design. To qualify for the Bachelor of Design, students complete 300 credit points structured to support a clear career pathway:

  • Core Units (100 credit points)
    Build foundational skills in communication, digital interaction, and design systems.
  • Major (100 credit points)
    Develop advanced expertise in your chosen design discipline, forming the core of your professional identity.
  • Minor or Electives (100 credit points)
    Extend your pathway through a strategically selected minor (e.g. UX/UI Design or Interior Architecture) or complementary electives, allowing you to shape your future role.
  • Work Integrated Learning (WIL)
    Gain industry experience through a compulsory placement in your final year, applying your skills in a real-world professional environment.

By combining your major with a strategically selected minor, you graduate with a targeted portfolio aligned to industry roles such as:
