This intensive 2-day introductory course in social media marketing and crisis management is designed to get you to understand the impact of social media like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp on your business and how to take advantage of these opportunities. Also, to develop an online influencer marketing strategy to develop online word of mouth.
