Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL)

Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning, or APEL, is a systematic process that involves the identification, documentation and assessment of prior experiential learning.

You may have acquired experiential learning through various channels such as formal schooling, work and life experiences, training, independent study, voluntary work, hobbies and others.

Being APEL-certified allows you to enrol into undergraduate programs although you may not have the formal entry requirements. APEL assessment is conducted by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency.

Email us at study@swinburne.edu.my to know more on how you can enrol into Swinburne Sarawak via APEL.

For more details on APEL, please visit https://www.mqa.gov.my/
