Make your payment

To be accepted into your chosen course, you will need to make an initial payment. The amount to be paid is stated on your Letter of Offer and may include payment for your accommodation and initial transport to the Swinburne Sarawak campus, among others.

The duly completed and signed Offer Acceptance Form is to be returned to Swinburne Sarawak once the initial payment has been made. Official receipts will not be issued unless the payment is received along with the Offer Acceptance Form.

Tuition fee deposits can be made using one of the payment methods below.

Swinburne Sarawak recommends making payments via telegraphic transfer because of its speed and the security it offers. Do note that you must pay any fees charged by your bank or Swinburne Sarawak’s bank.

Telegraphic transfer / Wire remittance

Please ensure you attach a copy of the Telegraphic Transfer Receipt, Student Details for Telegraphic Transfer Payment and return it to the Marketing and Student Recruitment along with the Offer Acceptance Form. Please do this immediately after making the telegraphic transfer to enable us identify your payment.

Your bank must include the following details when they process the telegraphic transfer: Student’s name and Lead No.

Take note that you are required to pay any fees discrepancies or shortfall (e.g. bank charges, loss in foreign exchange, etc) from the payment made by the currencies other than Ringgit Malaysia before you are considered to have fully settled your fees.

Bank Draft / Cheque

All bank draft / cheque must be made payable to Swinburne Sarawak Sdn Bhd. Please ensure that you specify details of payment made e.g. medical insurance, tuition fees etc.

Direct Bank-in

Cash or Malaysian cheque can be deposited at our banker. A copy of the bank-in slip must be extended to the Cashier Counter at Swinburne Sarawak for issuance of official receipts.

Please provide a copy of the letter of notification from your sponsor/scholarship provider when you return to us your Offer Acceptance Form.
