New Transport Innovation Centre

KUCHING – The Malaysian Automotive Institute has launched a new Transport Innovation Centre together with Swinburne Melbourne with a node office at Swinburne Sarawak. One of the aims of the new Centre to look at the feasibility of setting up a re-manufacturing plant in Sarawak, and to possibly make it a hub for the ASEAN region. Background research to support this aim is being done by Swinburne Sarawak.
