Smart Ways to Amaze Your Marker with Clear Data Presentation in Tables and Figures

This session will help students enhance their skills in presenting data clearly and effectively using Microsoft Office. Participants will learn the differences between discrete, ordered, and continuous data, and how to choose the most suitable tables or charts to showcase them. The session will also cover when it is best to use a table and when a figure (chart/graph) is more effective. Practical tips will be shared on improving data presentation, such as customising axis labels, adjusting chart designs, and making information easier to read and more impactful.
