Skedda is the official online booking system used to reserve various on-campus facilities, specifically for both sports and event venues and library discussion rooms.
As part of Student Life services, spaces like the Multipurpose Hall and Student Hub are bookable through Skedda.

Space booking for sport and leisure are now available online. Please log into CANVAS for further details on the Single Sign-On. Usage allowed are 2 hours per student/group.
Space booking are subjected to change for University Event, user(s)/student(s) will be notified via email.
Once you have booked the space, mandatory check-in is required. Space hoarding/ no-show will be observed.
Have an approved event and require a venue?
All Clubs and Socities' events must be supported by SSSC and Student Life by an approved e-proposal.
Club advisors will make venue booking on behalf of the clubs and societies activities.

All staff planning too organise an event at Student Life Sport and Leisure spaces/venues will be able to view real-time availability. Please ensure the events are HMU approved, prior to confirm booking.
