Note: Any late Returning Fees / Penalty will be charged as per Regalia Hire (per day) in Ancillary Fees. For mail out, it will be couriered within two (2) weeks after the ceremony dates. Parchment collection and Stage Photo collection after 31 October 2025 will be at Student Administration Office, G101.

How to wear your Swinburne Graduation Regalia
Note:
Should you have authorized a proxy to collect the parchment / regalia / guest tickets on your behalf, an authorization letter must be brought along during the collection day. Do contact Graduation Team via ServiceDesk at least a day in advance for our reference.
