What is the difference between an Academic Transcript and a Results Certificate?
Both documents are Swinburne documents, printed on Swinburne official paper. If you have not graduated from your course or do not require course completion details, you can apply for your Result Certificate. The processing time for Result Certificate is shorter. If you are eligible for your Result Certificate (i.e. no outstanding etc.) we can produce your Result Certificate for you over the counter at SIC.
Putting in a proxy application.
You may pay on someone’s behalf as long as you have an authorisation letter from the applicant. This letter must be signed by the applicant. The person applying on the applicant’s behalf must provide photo ID. This also applies if collecting on behalf of the applicant.
Is there a cost for international/local mailing?
The remittance cost for courier is indicated in the Ancillary Fees Policies.
International/local mailing via normal mail will be free of charge. However, we do not guarantee the safety of your mail.
Can you email me my copies of Academic Transcript?
Due to the University’s policy and regulation, we are unauthorized to e-mail you an official copy of your Result Certificate to any e-mail address.
